Pricing & Plans

How much does FutureERP cost?
Pricing depends on the number of modules and users. Check our pricing page or book a free demo and we'll offer a price tailored to your specific needs.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. FutureERP works with a monthly subscription with no contract. You can cancel anytime from your panel — no penalties and no questions.
Is there a free trial period?
Yes! We offer 14 days free trial with full access to all modules. No credit card required. Start the trial here →

Installation & Setup

How long does installation take?
The cloud platform activates automatically within 5 minutes of registration. Our team helps you with initial setup for free — usually 1-2 hours of onboarding session.
Can I install it on-premise (my own server)?
Yes. We also offer the on-premise option for businesses with specific security or legal requirements. Contact our team for terms and installation process.
What devices does FutureERP support?
FutureERP works as a web app — from any modern browser on PC, laptop, tablet, and smartphone. No application installation needed (except POS mobile which has a dedicated app).

Data Migration

Can I import data from Excel or my old system?
Yes. We support imports from Excel/CSV, as well as direct connectors with the most common Albanian systems. Our team offers free data migration as part of onboarding.
Will my data be lost if I cancel the subscription?
No. You have 30 days after cancellation to export all your data in Excel/CSV format. Data is not immediately deleted — your security is our priority.

Modules & Features

How many modules does FutureERP have?
FutureERP has 55+ ready modules: POS, Inventory, E-Commerce Sync, Electronic Invoicing, HR & Payroll, Production, Accounting, CRM, AI Reports, and many more. You can activate only what you need.
Is it integrated with Albanian electronic invoicing (Fiscalization)?
Yes. Through various companies licensed by the General Tax Administration, FutureERP automatically generates and sends electronic invoices for every transaction.
Does POS work offline (without internet)?
No. Due to electronic fiscalization requirements, POS requires internet connection to register transactions in real time with the Tax Authority.

How can I get technical support?
Technical support is available 24 hours through our intelligent AI Agent, as well as with our support team via live chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone during business hours.
Is training provided for my staff?
Yes. Every plan includes an onboarding session and access to our video tutorial library. For enterprise, we offer live training with a dedicated trainer.
